Villa Royale

Condo converted and renovated in 2008, this 1970-built concrete and brick-clad four-storey walkup of 20 one-bedroom suites received all new exterior windows and doors and laundry hookups for every suite.  Villa Royale was the building's name as a rental building; 'anyone know if that's changed?

The baby suite among these is 363 square feet, but it's the  exception, being on the ground floor and squeezed by the mechanical room. Most suites are one-bedroom homes of 500 to 600 square feet, topping out at 629 square feet. There's no basement to accommodate out-of-suite storage. One suite floor plan at the east end on every floor extends the depth of the building, so these have at least one window in three directions. There's enough assigned stall parking around back for all 20 suites.

Exterior windows and doors are common property for maintenance and eventual replacement, although that could be another 40 or 50 years off. I have the Condo Plan on file.
