Thirteen Hundred Seventh Avenue townhouses

Now these are nice; six four-level luxury townhouses with copper roof highlights completed in 2003 offering oodles of space, drive-under parking, light from front and back, and balconies at every above-grade level. The smallest of these rings in at 1,695 square feet, and the largest at 1,745. Subtract about 450 square feet for the indoor parking and utilities, and these homes each offer from 1,250 to 1,300 square feet of high-end and bright living space.

Each home has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one of them en-suite of course, a natural gas fireplace and high standards of finishing throughout. The fourth levels are like lofts, with sloped ceilings under the building's chateau-like roof, and even up here there's a small balcony for every home; one facing the front and around back for the other five.

The building's zoning allows business use of the space, but I'm not aware of any  commercial activity beyond a home office. Exterior windows and doors are common property. I have the Condo Plan on file.
