The addresses here are 1305 Eleventh Street, SW, and 1203 Thirteenth Avenue, SW.  It took a few years, but this building was completing in the fall of 2010 by Housebrand Construction Ltd.  This appears to be two large live/work townhouses with at-grade access to the business space for each of them.  The three-storey building gives very large floor areas, a second-floor west-facing patio for each, and drive-under at-grade indoor parking off Thirteenth Avenue.  Construction appears to be high quality and the builder is known for environmentally-friendly design.
