Heartwood Estates

There are six nice townhouses here, hidden behind trees so that only in winter do you notice them. Built in 1990 with slab-on grade foundations, these homes each offer indoor parking for one vehicle and on-the-driveway parking for a second.

There's a small bedroom and a three-piece bathroom finished on the ground floor, with access to the courtyard between the two buildings of three homes each. The living area of 500 square feet is on the second floor of every home, offering light from three directions except for the two "inside"-unit homes, plus each has a balcony facing the courtyard. Every living room has a wood-burning fireplace.

On the third floor of each home is a master bedroom suite of another 500 square feet receiving plenty of light with a balcony facing either north or south, and boasting a second wood-burning fireplace; 'nice! Condo plan measure for each home is 1,530 square feet, less the parking area, so there is about 1,200 square feet of finished living space per home.
