Built of concrete as a rental building in 1964, this 13-storey tower was condo subdivided in 1993, but was renovated and sold off in 2005 and 2006. The 50 suites then saw attractive upgrades done and in-suite laundries were installed with dryers vented to the building's exterior. There are two little suites just off the lobby with the smaller of those measuring only 410 square feet. Upstairs, though, they're all two-bedroom suites of between 786 and 853 square feet and every suite is an end unit, although there are no end-wall windows. There are no balconies, but suites have a set of windowed doors with a railing, so there's lots of light at all times and nice exposure to the outdoors is possible in summer.

At conversion all of the two-bedroom and two-bathroom suites had the master bedroom-bathroom combination opened up so that the bedroom, closet spaces, oversized bathtub and toilet are all in one larger master-suite room. With the polished tile floors and modern fixtures this creates a luxurious presentation. Some residents use a folding screen to visually separate the bath and toilet from the bedroom area.

Euro Condos has storage lockers in the basement and a small but very well equiped gym off the lobby. The single elevator has front and back doors, allowing access directly to a rear lobby on the way to the parking, which is all assigned common property surface stalls, mostly around back, and a few at the front. Exterior windows and doors of the building are common property. I have the Condo Plan on file.
