Cabazon

This little concrete 16-suite four-storey walk-up was built in 1967 as a rental apartment building and was condo converted with renovations in 2006. The two front-facing below-grade suites were given small dug out patios and all of the building's windows and doors were replaced. Every suite was modernized with hardwood or laminate flooring, stainless-steel appliances, an over-range microwave oven, new cabinets and countertops, a soaker tub and an all-in-one laundry machine tucked under the bathroom counter.

Suites here are small, starting at 493 square feet., but most of the one-bedroom suites are about 510 square feet., and all of those are at the back of the building. The two-bedroom suites are at the front and measure about 774 square feet. There's enough parking around back for every suite to be assigned a stall, and the stalls are surveyed on the condo plan, so leases can assure suite owners of the permanency of their parking assignments. Storage is limited as there's no basement in which to build lockers. Exterior windows and doors are common property. I have the Condo Plan on file.
